This Refund Policy applies to PODBULK at app.podbulk.com, operated by Scanfastly LLC (Wyoming, United States).
Subscriptions are non-refundable
PODBULK is a subscription service billed in advance each month through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for:
- Partial billing periods,
- Unused mockup allowance,
- Periods during which you did not use the Service, or
- Change of mind after a charge has been made.
You can cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing portal. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and
- It will not renew or charge you again after that.
To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date.
Try the free tier first
We offer a free tier so you can test PODBULK before paying. We encourage you to use it to confirm the Service fits your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@podbulk.com and we will review the situation in good faith.
