I started selling print-on-demand in 2023. My niche was solid, my designs were sharp — I'm a skilled Photoshop user, I understand SEO, and I can code. On paper I had everything.
But the one thing I couldn't escape was the grind of repetitive work. 4 designs. 10 mockups each. 7 listing variations. That was 2 hours of boring, repetitive work — every single batch.
So I did what I do best: I built my own solution. A set of custom programmes, built 100% by me from scratch, that took that 2-hour job down to 12 minutes. Same quality. Way less time.
