PODBULK ("PODBULK", "we", "us", "our") is a product operated by Scanfastly LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PODBULK at app.podbulk.com (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.

1. The most important thing: your files stay in your browser

PODBULK generates mockups entirely inside your own web browser using an embedded rendering engine (the Photopea API). Your PSD templates, design images, and the mockups you generate are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. They are processed locally on your device and the resulting files are downloaded directly to you. We never see, access, copy, or retain your creative files.

2. Information we do collect

To operate accounts and subscriptions, we collect a limited amount of information:

• Email address — used to create your account, log you in via a one-time email link, and send service-related messages.
• Subscription and billing references — your plan, status, billing period, and identifiers provided by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number or payment credentials; those are handled by Stripe.
• Usage counters — the number of mockups you have generated in the current billing period, so we can apply your plan limits.
• Basic technical/log data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Service and your account.
• To authenticate you (via one-time email login links — we do not store passwords).
• To process and manage your subscription through Stripe.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To send you essential service communications (login links, billing notices, important updates).
• To secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (such as your email, plan, and subscription status). See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Third-party services

• Photopea API — the rendering engine embedded in your browser. Rendering happens locally on your device; we have written permission from Photopea's owner for commercial use. See photopea.com.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Hostinger — our hosting provider for the application and database.
• Email delivery — used to send login links and account notices.

6. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Notice for details.

7. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal information except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records for tax and accounting purposes). Because we never store your creative files, there are no PSDs, designs, or mockups for us to retain or delete.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@podbulk.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless login, and limiting the data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and minimize what we hold.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
